A dedicated team entirely devoted to small works and maintenance.
Regular users of this service are churches and small historic
houses who require anything from running repairs to simple gutter
clearance. We can put together an entire maintenance package and
schedule, then ensure everything is carried out to our usual exacting
standards.
Masonry Profiling Division
Our Masonry Production Facility in Hawarden represents
the perfect union of old and new. One one side we have state of
the art computer-driven machinery that runs 24 hours a day 7 days
a week. On the other side we have a highly experienced team of
banker masons, carver masons and their apprentices working like
its 1554. Whateve your masonry requirements, we can meet them
at competitive prices with fast turnaround times.
Reports & Technical Advice
We often get calls from apologetic folk who are terribly
sorry for ringing, but they have fallen through their thatch /
reversed into their portico / just found out that their house
is listed / and so on. Don't apologise. We love sharing our knowledge
of historic buildings and whether you require some simple advice
over the phone, or a full blown report for your building, we will
always help out as best we can.
Consultancy Services
We are often asked to report on various aspects of conservation
and specialist building projects at planning stage, be it in relation
to methodology, approach or programming the works, for example.
